REFUND POLICY

 

Right of withdrawal, returns and refunds:

The right of withdrawal may be exercised, in accordance with current European legislation, in relation to the purchase of any product on RFIDNATION.com, with the exception of:

  • products specifically customized for the customer, with specific printing, dimensions or features
  • services such as NFC encoding or RFID labels
  • disposable" items that have already been used.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at orders@mobility.pt within 14 days from the day of delivery, specifying the order number and the product(s) you wish to return.

Before returning any product, please write to orders@mobility.pt to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), which must be included in the package. Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.

 

Please read the return conditions carefully. We only accept products that:

- Have not been used;

- Are in resalable condition;

- With the original box (if the original box is damaged or has anything written on it, we will not accept it);

- Have all packaging, manuals and other components;

- We do not accept broken products;

- Products purchased from RFIDNATION.com;

- Purchases or RMA's issued within 30 days;

- Include the RMA number on the return;

- We cannot refund/accept return of special orders, custom configured, discontinued or discounted products;

- Shipped with configurations other than factory (includes configuration changes at customer's request);

- Serial numbers must match.

ABOUT YOUR REFUND

 

You will be refunded the purchase amount, excluding tax and shipping costs, within 14 days of the date requested. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the product, or until you provide proof that the returned products have been shipped back to MobilityNow Lda, whichever comes first.

The refund can be made by refunding the amount spent, a discount code of the same value or replacement with new products (depending on the customer's preference). If the customer does not specify his/her preference, the refund will be made in the same payment method the customer used at checkout.

 

DAMAGED PRODUCTS OR DIFFERENT FROM THOSE ORDERED

 

All products are tested before use. We suggest that you always examine the order upon receipt. However, if the customer has received a damaged or broken product(s), or a product(s) that does not match the order(s), please contact us immediately via email orders@mobility.pt, and if possible with a photograph attached.

 

MobilityNow, Lda, will compensate the customer as soon as possible in the way he/she prefers (refund, new products, discount code, or other).
