REFUND POLICY

 

Right of Withdrawal, Returns and Refunds

The right of withdrawal can be exercised, in accordance with current European laws, in connection with the purchase of any product on RFIDNATION.COM, with exception of:

  • products customized/personalized specifically for the customer, in printing, dimensions or specific features
  • services, such as NFC or RFID Tags' encoding
  • articles "disposable" that have already been used.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at orders@mobility.pt within 14 days from the delivery day, specifying the order number and the product(s) you want to return.

Before sending back any product, write to orders@mobility.pt to receive the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), to be included in the package. The shipping cost of return is up to the customer.

 

Please read the return conditions carefully. We only accept products that:

- Have not been used

- Are in resalable conditions

- With original box (if original box is damaged, have writings we will not accept it)

- Have all packaging, manuals, and other components

- We do not accept any kind of broken products

- Products purchased from RFIDNATION.COM

- Purchases or RMA's issued before 30 days

- Have RMA number included on the return

- We cannot refund/accept a return of special orders, custom configured, discontinued, or products in discount

- Were shipped with other than factory default settings (includes configuration changes per customer request)

- Serial numbers must match

ABOUT YOUR REFUND

 

It will be refunded the purchase amount, net of any fees and shipping costs, within 14 days from requested date. However, we can withhold the reimbursement until we have received the product, or until the customer gives proof that the returning products have been shipped back to MobilityNow, Lda, whichever situation occurs first.

Reimbursement may be made through restitution of the amount spent, a discount code of the same value or the replacement with new products (according to customer's preference). If the customer does not specify its preference, the reimbursement will be restituted to the same method of payment the customer used on checkout.

 

DAMAGED OR BROKEN PRODUCTS OR PRODUCTS DIFFERENT FROM THE ONES ORDERED

 

All products are tested before use. We suggest to always examine the parcel at the moment of reception. If, however the customer has received a damaged or broken product(s), or product(s) not corresponding to the one(s) ordered, please contact us immediately via email to orders@mobility.pt, and if possible with an attached picture. 

MobilityNow, Lda, will as soon as possible compensate the customer the way if may prefer (refund, new products, discount code, or other).
